This Privacy Policy applies to job seekers / candidates, employers / recruiters, corporate clients, platform partners, and website visitors.

Data collected through website, mobile applications, APIs, email channels, and social media interactions.

For Candidates: Full name, email, phone, resume/CV, education, work experience, salary details, skills, certifications, location.

For Recruiters/Employers: Company name, contact details, business registration, billing details.

Automatically: IP address, device type, browser, OS, login timestamps, usage patterns, cookies.

When you use Keelzo, our platform may access certain data from your Google account. This section describes what Google user data we access, why we access it, how we use it, and how it is stored and protected.

a) Google Sign-In (Authentication)

When you choose to sign in or register using Google, Keelzo receives the following information from your Google account:

• Your email address — used to create your Keelzo account, authenticate your identity, and send transactional communications.
• Your name — used to populate your Keelzo user profile.
• Your profile picture — displayed within the Keelzo platform as your account avatar.
• Your Google account identifier — used internally to link your Keelzo account to your Google identity.

This data is stored in our database as part of your user profile for as long as your account remains active. Google OAuth access tokens are used for session authentication only and are not stored beyond the active session.

b) Google Calendar Integration (Employer Accounts)

Employers and recruiters may optionally connect their Google Calendar to Keelzo for interview scheduling. When this integration is enabled, Keelzo requests:

• Read access to your calendar (calendar.readonly) — to check interviewer availability and prevent scheduling conflicts.
• Event creation and management (calendar.events) — to create and update interview calendar events on your behalf.

Calendar data is accessed in real time and is not bulk-downloaded or stored in our database. OAuth refresh tokens for this integration are encrypted using envelope encryption (KMS) and stored securely. You may disconnect this integration at any time from your Keelzo dashboard under Settings → Integrations → Calendar.

c) Google Drive Integration (Employer Accounts)

Employers and recruiters may optionally connect their Google Drive to Keelzo for automated resume ingestion. When this integration is enabled, Keelzo requests:

• Read-only access to your Google Drive (drive.readonly) — to read resume files from designated folders for candidate import.

Resume files retrieved from Google Drive are processed by our resume parsing system and the extracted data is stored as candidate records within Keelzo. The original files are not permanently stored; only the parsed data is retained. OAuth refresh tokens for this integration are encrypted using envelope encryption (KMS) and stored securely. You may disconnect this integration at any time from your Keelzo dashboard under Settings → Integrations → Drive.

d) Revoking Google Access

You may revoke Keelzo's access to your Google account at any time by visiting your Google Account Permissions page and removing Keelzo from the list of connected applications. Revoking access will not delete data already stored in Keelzo; to request deletion of your data, please refer to the User Rights section of this policy.

e) No Sale or Unauthorized Sharing of Google Data

Keelzo does not sell, rent, lease, or trade any Google user data. Google user data is used solely for the purposes described above and is not shared with any third party except as strictly necessary to provide the Keelzo service (e.g., encrypted cloud infrastructure providers who process data on our behalf under contractual data protection obligations).

Keelzo's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Service Delivery: Account creation, candidate-job matching, AI-powered screening and ranking, communication between candidates and employers.

AI & Automation: Keelzo uses AI to analyze resumes, suggest job matches, rank candidates, and automate workflows. AI outputs are assistive in nature.

Platform Improvement: Analytics, performance optimization, R&D.

Legal & Compliance: Identity verification, regulatory reporting.

We process personal data based on: user consent; performance of contractual obligations; compliance with applicable laws; legitimate business purpose for connecting hiring companies and candidates.

Keelzo may use automated tools and AI algorithms for recruitment assistance. AI-generated recommendations are not final hiring decisions. Hiring companies retain full decision-making authority. AI systems are periodically monitored to reduce bias and improve fairness.

We do NOT sell personal data. Data may be shared with: Hiring Companies when candidates apply; Service Providers (cloud hosting, analytics, communication, background verification); Legal Authorities when required by law; in Corporate Transactions.

We retain personal data only as long as necessary to provide services, fulfill legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Inactive accounts may be anonymized or deleted after reasonable retention periods.

We implement encryption protocols, access control, secure server infrastructure, role-based data access, and internal compliance audits. No digital platform can guarantee absolute security.

Users may: access their personal data; correct inaccuracies; request deletion; withdraw consent; restrict processing; request data portability; file a grievance. Requests can be made using the contact details below.

Keelzo is intended for individuals aged 18 years and above. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors.

We reserve the right to modify this Privacy Policy. Updated versions will be published with a revised effective date. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
