Job Description

Sales Head / Sales Manager for a rapidly growing engineering organization specializing in industrial cranes, material handling equipment, maintenance services, predictive maintenance, engineering solutions, and industrial automation.

About the Role

The Sales Head will lead the company's overall sales strategy, business development initiatives, customer acquisition, key account management, and market expansion across India.

The role requires a strategic leader capable of managing regional sales teams, identifying new business opportunities, strengthening customer relationships, driving digital lead generation initiatives, and collaborating with engineering and operations teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

What Youll Do
