Job Description
Our Client has various Job Opportunities - Facade Desginer
Attend Internal meeting for the explanation of project by Contract department in absence of Leader. Utilize the architect drawing to prepare system/Concept drawing according to BOQ/Technical.
Specification of the project.
Responsible to consult with structural Engineer for calculation of project structurally and system/shop drawing to be prepared accordingly.
Responsible for the Submission of System Drawing for approval from
Architect/consultant/client of particular project.
Responsible for Re submission of drawing which are disapproved.
Responsible for the Submission of shop drawing for approval from Architect/consultant/client of particular project and if any drawings are disapproved it should be resubmitted for approval.
In Response to check shop/Fabrication drawing prepared by junior designers.
Checking and Ordering Glass for the project and co-ordinate with Manager
Responsible to prepare Die drawing development if any needed in Project and consult with Team leader, HOD and Estimation team for clarification and get approval. Request for site survey to project manager for fabrication drawing and Raise RFI to Architect in need of any drawing.
Design documents-should be updated.
Responsible to release Brackets, Panels and other items according to project requirement in given time schedule.
In response to provide solution if any change or error in project.
Responsible for achieving departmental objectives.

- Submit 100% of system and shop drawings for approval within project deadlines
- Achieve less than 10% disapproval rate on initial drawing submissions
- Complete structural consultations and finalize drawings within 3 business days of request
- Review and approve junior designers' shop drawings within 48 hours
- Order project glass materials with 0% delay beyond scheduled delivery dates
- Raise RFIs to architects within 2 business days of identifying drawing issues
- Update design documents within 24 hours of any project changes or approvals
