- Achieve 90% attendance in all assigned field activities monthly
- Complete 100% of assigned field visits within scheduled timelines each month
- Increase voter engagement by 15% in assigned constituencies within 12 months
- Submit weekly field reports with 100% accuracy and on time
- Resolve 95% of field issues within 48 hours of identification
- Attend at least 90% of training sessions related to political fieldwork within the first year
- Maintain positive feedback from at least 80% of community stakeholders surveyed annually
