What Youll Do

  • Prospect and build your own pipeline — identify HR heads, talent acquisition leaders, and recruitment agencies who would benefit from replacing or upgrading their current hiring stack
  • Cold call and cold outreach with confidence — initiate contact with senior decision-makers who did not ask to hear from you, and make them glad they listened
  • Run live product demos — walk prospects through Keelzo's platform with clarity, connecting each feature directly to the prospect's specific hiring pain
  • Diagnose before you pitch — understand their current process, where it breaks down, what it costs them, and how Keelzo addresses each point specifically
  • Articulate Keelzo's differentiation in a crowded market — position against established competitors without being dismissive
  • Manage the full sales cycle — first touch to signed agreement, including follow-ups, objection handling, proposal preparation, and negotiation
  • Build and maintain relationships beyond the close — early customer success is as important as new customer acquisition
  • Feed market intelligence back to the product and leadership team — objections, competitor activity, and feature requests from the field
  • Represent Keelzo at industry events, HR forums, and recruiting community gatherings where your buyers spend time
  • Maintain clean, accurate CRM records — pipeline stages, deal notes, forecasting, and follow-up schedules
  • 8+ years in B2B sales or business development, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets — not just being part of a sales team
  • Proven experience selling SaaS products — you understand subscription sales, demo-driven buying cycles, and how to speak to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Prior experience selling HR technology or recruitment software is a strong advantage — if you have sold into HR teams before, you already know the buyer, their priorities, and their budget cycles
  • You understand the hiring landscape as a lived problem — you can speak credibly about what it costs companies to hire wrong, hire slow, or lose candidates to poor communication
  • You can demo software convincingly — not just click through slides, but narrate a live product walkthrough that keeps a busy CHRO engaged for 30 minutes
  • Cold calling is a skill you have refined, not a task you avoid
  • You listen first — the best salespeople in this space win because they understand the problem better than the prospect before they say a word about their product
  • You are comfortable selling against established incumbents — you know how to create preference without being dismissive
  • You are self-managed — remote-first means full autonomy over your schedule and full accountability for your outcomes

Requirements

  • Conduct a minimum of 50 live product demos per quarter with a 40% conversion rate to proposals
  • Maintain CRM data accuracy above 95% with timely updates on pipeline stages and follow-up activities
  • Generate at least 20 qualified leads monthly through cold outreach targeting HR heads and talent acquisition leaders
  • Secure a customer retention rate of 90% within the first year by building strong post-sale relationships
  • Provide market intelligence reports monthly, including competitor analysis and customer feedback, to product and leadership teams
  • Participate in at least 6 industry events or HR forums annually to increase brand visibility and generate leads
