About the Role
We are looking for a Junior UI/UX Designer based in Ernakulam, Kerala, who is passionate about creating intuitive and engaging digital experiences. This full-time, in-office position offers the opportunity to work closely with cross-functional teams in a technology-driven environment, where your design skills will directly impact how users interact with our products.
What You'll Do
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to design user interfaces that are both visually appealing and user-friendly.
- Translate complex requirements into wireframes, prototypes, and final designs that enhance user experience.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs.
- Work with Python developers to ensure seamless integration of design and functionality.
- Maintain design consistency across multiple platforms and devices.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field.
- Strong foundational knowledge of UI/UX principles and best practices.
- Basic proficiency in Python to effectively collaborate with development teams.
- Ability to create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes using design tools.
