About the Role
We are seeking a knowledgeable and customer-focused Technical Consultant to analyze business requirements, design and implement technical solutions, and provide ongoing support to clients. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
What Youll Do
Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements. Design, configure, and implement technology solutions based on client needs. Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, architects, and project managers to deliver successful projects. Provide technical expertise during solution design, implementation, testing, and deployment. Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely resolution. Conduct system integration, data migration, and performance optimization activities. Prepare technical documentation, user guides, and solution architecture documents. Deliver technical presentations, product demonstrations, and user training. Ensure solutions comply with security, quality, and organizational standards. Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend improvements. Support pre-sales activities by providing technical input for proposals, solution designs, and client discussions. Assist in post-implementation support and continuous improvement initiatives. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. 3–8+ years of experience in technical consulting, software implementation, or solution engineering. Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and system architecture. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) is preferred. Knowledge of databases (SQL/NoSQL) and API integrations. Familiarity with programming or scripting languages such as Java, Python, C#, JavaScript, or PowerShell. Experience with enterprise applications, ERP, CRM, or SaaS platforms is an advantage. Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and work in a client-facing environment.
